The coaching profession is changing.

Clients are bringing increasing levels of emotional complexity, nervous system dysregulation, identity conflict, relational rupture and unresolved developmental experience into coaching spaces.

Coaches are being asked to hold more complexity than many trainings prepared them for.

The Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Coaching has been created for coaches, leaders and helping professionals who want to work with greater depth whilst remaining clearly inside professional coaching boundaries.

This is psychologically informed coach education grounded in professional ethics, relational intelligence, trauma responsive practice and evidence based developmental frameworks.

Who this experience is for.

01

You may already be coaching and recognise that insight alone does not always create movement

02

You may sense the limitations of surface level coaching approaches when clients become emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, highly adaptive or relationally defended.

03

You may want training that helps you understand the deeper structures influencing behaviour, leadership, identity and change whilst remaining clearly within coaching practice.

04

You may also be seeking a coaching qualification that combines professional standards with psychological depth and relational sophistication.

Lucy Power

I am a highly qualified, certified and deeply experienced coach, educator, supervisor and psychotherapeutically trained practitioner. As a lifelong learner, I have studied to postgraduate level across a range of modalities, including trauma treatment. I am extensively trained and experienced in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and integrate this, alongside a range of other therapeutic approaches, into my trauma responsive psychotherapeutic coaching practice.

With more than a decade of experience and thousands of hours of client work behind me, my psychotherapeutic coaching supports profound change in both the inner and outer lives of the people I work with. My work is centred on helping people return to their core self so they can consciously choose the life they want from a place of radical authenticity, autonomy and embodied truth.

Throughout my career I have served as a senior tutor for international coach training organisations, led retreats and masterminds, and trained and certified coaches in my proprietary trauma responsive methodology, the TRP Method®.

Integrative Therapeutic Coaching

Experience Week includes:

01

Beyond awareness: what actually creates lasting change?

If you've ever worked with a client who understands their patterns, genuinely wants things to be different and still finds themselves returning to familiar ways of thinking, feeling and behaving, this session is for you. Together, we'll explore the factors that influence sustainable change and consider how attachment, relational experience and nervous system adaptation can shape the outcomes your clients achieve.

You will leave with a richer understanding of transformation and a fresh perspective on the coaching conversations you are having every day.

02

Dancing in the intersection: where coaching meets therapeutic skill

Many coaching conversations touch experiences that therapeutic approaches can help us understand more deeply. This session explores how therapeutic skill can strengthen your coaching practice, increase your confidence when emotional complexity emerges and support you to work with greater depth whilst maintaining clear professional coaching boundaries.

You will experience integrative therapeutic coaching in action and gain insight into the thinking that informs this approach.

03

Beyond coaching: developing depth in practice

As coaching continues to evolve, many practitioners find themselves looking beyond techniques and models towards the development of their own relational capacity, presence and professional maturity. This session explores the qualities that support exceptional coaching and the ongoing development that enables coaches to work with greater depth, confidence and impact.

You will gain a clearer understanding of the practitioner you are becoming and what may support your next stage of professional growth.

04

Open house and questions

Choosing an advanced professional training is a significant decision. This session offers an opportunity to ask questions, meet members of the community and discover whether this programme is aligned with your aspirations as a coach.

You will leave with a clear understanding of the learning journey and what participation could mean for your future practice

Coaching that creates

movement, not just

insight.
