About our founder and Director of Education

Lucy is a qualified and highly certified Coach with both a Diploma and a postgraduate qualification in Personal and Business Coaching from the University of Chester. She is also extensively trained and experienced in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and integrates this and other therapeutic approaches with her coaching practice. Lucy has coached for over 8 years and has helped many people access the lives they want and choose from a place of conscious radical autonomy.

As an ex registered Social Worker, Lucy worked from 1997 with marginalised people with mental health issues, neurodivergency and learning difficulties, supporting them around rights, access and trauma.

Lucy understands how we twist ourselves out of shape as part of our bid to survive, adapting our personalities to become the way we hope will help us to fit in and manage all the hard things our childhood brings into our worlds. 

Lucy Power has been integrating a range of therapeutic methodologies with her coaching practice for the past six years and has completed THOUSANDS of hours of coaching people who have transformed their inner and outer worlds as a result.

Lucy has been coaching since 2016 when she also became lead tutor for a global Coach training organisation. Lucy runs retreats, masterminds, certified Coach education programmes and offers 1:1 Therapeutic Coaching to help people to understand themselves deeply and to move toward a consciously chosen way of being in their world from a place of empowered autonomy.
