I bet you do!
I reconnected with my zone of genius recently while standing on a stage, in joy, ease and flow. I was teaching Transactional Analysis for Coaching and Leadership.

I’ve been doing this for the past decade since qualifying as a Coach with Barefoot Coaching; they immediately snapped me up as their Lead Tutor in Transactional Analysis for Coaching. Before this, as Head of Learning and development for a UK wide non-profit, I was teaching Transactional Analysis to leaders across the organisation, watching their competence and confidence grow and their scope of impact expanding tangibly. I worked with Barefoot for four years until the pandemic hit and then I moved to working for Optimus Coaching Academy which was just starting their online Coach qualification Diploma. I proudly worked with them until leaving a couple of years ago to set up my own Coach training academy, The Therapeutic Coaching Academy.
I am skilled at teaching Transactional Analysis; I live, breathe, eat, dance and sing it and I have been teaching, learning and practicing TA psychotherapy for the past 13 years!
I’m also skilled at designing and building effective training and really impactful, inclusive, supportive and nourishing programmes they are too. Following a career as a Social Worker, I became Director of People and Culture for a private care provider before becoming Group Learning and Development Manager for a nationwide non-profit Trust and their group of 17 subsidiary companies. I have taught thousands of people including senior leaders, support workers, parents and carers and the people who we supported and I’ve loved every moment.
And it connects with my zone of genius:
I teach complex things, making them easy to understand and implement with skill and ease.
It's a skillset I honed in all of my years as a Social Worker for people with learning difficulties, neurodivergence and mental health struggles and I am ever so good at it
And with all of this, I've created it:
Transactional Analysis for Coaching and Leadership
for you.

It's going to be an excellent, easy to understand and quick to implement, in depth exploration of Transactional Analysis theory, skills, exercises, coaching questions, chair work, tools and techniques which will leave you competent and confident to use Transactional Analysis in your coaching (or use TA coaching skills in your leadership, in your parenting and to improve all of your relationships - mainly the one with yourself!)

And this powerful programme has just been awarded with 40 CCE points by the International Coaching Federation (ICF): 20 for resource development and 20 for core competencies, which is ALL you need for your ICF credentialing journey. You’re welcome!

Transactional Analysis for Coaching and Leadership is a 15-week, ICF-accredited programme designed for experienced coaches and leaders who want greater relational precision, psychological depth and authority in their work.
Across 12 live taught sessions, participants develop a grounded, applied understanding of Transactional Analysis and how it directly informs communication, behaviour, leadership presence and decision-making under pressure. Three integration weeks support consolidation through reflective and applied learning, taken in the participant’s own time.
This programme is not psychotherapy training and does not confer a TA qualification. It translates core TA concepts into ethical, practical tools for coaching and organisational leadership, supporting coaches to work with complexity while maintaining clear professional boundaries.
Delivered as an in-house cohort, the programme provides ICF-recognised re-certification hours while building lasting coaching and leadership capability within the organisation.
